Refunds
Refunds are made by Ecom in one of the following cases:

1.The order is cancelled by the seller

In this case, you do not need to take any action. You will receive funds automatically and processed instantly.

2.If you choose to return the item

Refunds are made after the application is closed and confirmed by the seller.

3.If you have created an application to the Resolution Centre

The refund is made on the basis of a resolution agreement solution. It can be full or partial, based on your agreement with the seller or mediator.

4.Usually the refunds appear in your account within 24 hours, but it can take up to 7 days.

If the refund is not credited, please contact our support team.

Refunds are made by the Seller outside the platform service:

1.Fulfilling warranty obligations.
2. Return of goods after the return period.
3.In case of refund after repeated exchange.
