Returns
  1. You can return the goods within the period specified in the conditions in the product view, if they do not violate your basic Consumer Rights.

    2. Products can have a minimum return period that is set by Ecom and vary by category and country. Return period is indicated in the product’s conditions tab.

    3.Some items cannot be returned/exchanged. A complete list of goods is in our Warranty section. This information is also indicated in the product view.

    4. If you have confirmed receipt of the goods but decide to return the goods within the return period:

    4.1 Make sure that the product remains in a new form, in its original packaging, without signs of use.

    4.2. To start the return of goods, click on the product menu and select "Return goods".

    4.3. After receiving confirmation from the Seller, return the goods to the address specified by the Seller.

    4.4 After confirming receipt of the return, allow the Seller 14 days to inspect the goods

    4.5 In the case of a positive decision, you will receive notifications about the completion of the return and the process of the refund provided by Promo will begin

    5. If you received the wrong item, quantity, or color and have not yet confirmed receipt, you can contact the Resolution Center.

    5.1 In the order menu,  select the Resolution Center. Select a product from the order and describe the cause of the problem.

    5.2 Within 2 business days, you and the Seller will have the opportunity to resolve the issue through negotiations.

    5.3 The seller may offer you a full or partial refund, a discount coupon in his store, or offer return or exchange.

    5.4 If the seller does not respond to your complaint or you do not reach a consensus, Ecom will act as a Mediator and make the final decision.

    6. Refunds are made within 7 days to your bank account or card, after reaching an agreement with the Seller and completing the application process 4 or 5.

    7. You have the right to refuse the services described in paragraphs 4 and 5 and through the mediation of Promo and negotiate directly with the Seller.

    8.Ecom is not a party in a Purchase contract and reserves the right to refuse to provide you with the services described in paragraphs 4 and 5. In this case, you negotiate with the seller directly in the form provided for by the Law, but based on the Purchase agreement, signed by Seller and Buyer through order on the Platform.
